On June 13, 2017, Key Energy Services, Inc. (“Key”) issued a press release announcing the closing of the divestiture of its frac stack and well-testing assets to Covenant Testing Technologies, LLC. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.
