Item 8.01. Other Events.
On September 20, 2010, GolfRounds.com, Inc. issued a press release announcing that its board of directors declared a special cash dividend of $0.50 per share of common stock issued and outstanding, representing approximately $1.8 million in the aggregate, to be paid on October 21, 2010 to shareholders of record as of September 30, 2010.
A copy of the press release announcing the special dividend is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein by this reference.
