KLA-TENCOR DECLARES REGULAR CASH DIVIDEND FOR THEFIRST QUARTER OF FISCAL YEAR 2015

MILPITAS, Calif., May 8, 2014—KLA-Tencor Corporation (NASDAQ: KLAC) today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.50 per share on its common stock payable on Sept. 2, 2014 to KLA-Tencor stockholders of record as of the close of business on Aug. 18, 2014. This reflects the increase in the level of KLA-Tencor's quarterly dividend that the company announced on July 8, 2014.
