KLA-TENCOR DECLARES REGULAR CASH DIVIDEND FOR THE FOURTH QUARTER OF FISCAL YEAR 2015

MILPITAS, Calif., May 7, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- KLA-Tencor Corporation (NASDAQ: KLAC) today announced that its board of directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.50 per share on its common stock payable on June 1, 2015 to KLA-Tencor stockholders of record as of the close of business on May 18, 2015.
