KLA-Tencor Declares Regular Cash Dividend for the Second Quarter of Calendar Year 2017

MILPITAS, Calif., May 4, 2017-KLA-Tencor Corporation (NASDAQ: KLAC) today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.54 per share on its common stock payable on June 1, 2017 to KLA-Tencor stockholders of record as of the close of business on May 15, 2017.
