KLA-Tencor Declares Regular Cash Dividend for the Second Quarter of Calendar Year 2018

MILPITAS, Calif., May 3, 2018—KLA-Tencor Corporation (NASDAQ: KLAC) today announced that its board of directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.75 per share on its common stock payable on June 1, 2018 to KLA-Tencor stockholders of record as of the close of business on May 15, 2018.
