KLA-TENCOR DECLARES REGULAR CASH DIVIDEND FOR
FOURTH QUARTER OF FISCAL YEAR 2009

MILPITAS, Calif.-May 5, 2009-KLA-Tencor Corporation (NASDAQ: KLAC) today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.15 per share on its common stock payable on June 1, 2009 to KLA-Tencor stockholders of record as of the close of business on May 15, 2009.
