KLA-TENCOR DECLARES REGULAR CASH DIVIDEND FOR FOURTH
QUARTER OF FISCAL YEAR 2010

MILPITAS, Calif. - May 6, 2010 (PR Newswire) - KLA-Tencor Corporation (NASDAQ: KLAC) today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.15 per share on its common stock payable on June 1, 2010 to KLA-Tencor stockholders of record as of the close of business on May 17, 2010.
