KLA-TENCOR^TM DECLARES REGULAR CASH DIVIDEND FOR FIRST
QUARTER OF FISCAL YEAR 2011

MILPITAS, Calif. - August 5, 2010 (PR Newswire) - KLA-Tencor Corporation^TM (NASDAQ: KLAC) today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.25 per share on its common stock payable on September 1, 2010 to KLA-Tencor stockholders of record as of the close of business on August 16, 2010.
