KLA-TENCOR™ DECLARES REGULAR CASH DIVIDEND FOR FOURTH
QUARTER OF FISCAL YEAR 2011

MILPITAS, Calif.-May 5, 2011 (PR Newswire) - KLA-Tencor Corporation™ (NASDAQ: KLAC) today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.25 per share on its common stock payable on June 1, 2011 to KLA-Tencor stockholders of record as of the close of business on May 16, 2011.
