KLA-TENCOR DECLARES REGULAR CASH DIVIDEND FOR SECOND
QUARTER OF FISCAL YEAR 2012

MILPITAS, Calif.-November 3, 2011 (PR Newswire) - KLA-Tencor Corporation (NASDAQ: KLAC) today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.35 per share on its common stock payable on December 1, 2011 to KLA-Tencor stockholders of record as of the close of business on November 14, 2011.
