KLA-TENCOR DECLARES REGULAR CASH DIVIDEND FOR THIRD
QUARTER OF FISCAL YEAR 2012

MILPITAS, Calif.- FEBRUARY 9, 2012 (PR Newswire)-KLA-Tencor Corporation (NASDAQ: KLAC) today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.35 per share on its common stock payable on March 1, 2012 to KLA-Tencor stockholders of record as of the close of business on February 21, 2012.
