KLA-TENCOR DECLARES REGULAR CASH DIVIDEND FOR THE FOURTH
QUARTER OF FISCAL YEAR 2012

MILPITAS, Calif.-May 3, 2012 (PR Newswire) - KLA-Tencor Corporation (NASDAQ: KLAC) today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.35 per share on its common stock payable on June 1, 2012 to KLA-Tencor stockholders of record as of the close of business on May 14, 2012.
