Explanation of Responses:

1. On November 2, 2022, the Reporting Person received an automatic grant of restricted stock units ("RSUs") for 704 shares of KLA common stock. The RSUs vest on the earliest to occur of (i) November 2, 2023, (ii) immediately prior to the next annual meeting of stockholders, and (iii) ten days prior to a change of control of KLA.

2. The number of shares of KLA common stock includes 704 shares issuable upon vesting of RSUs.
