Item 5.03. Amendments to Articles of Incorporation or Bylaws; Change in Fiscal Year.
On November 16, 2007, the shareholders of MICROS Systems, Inc. (the “Company”) approved a change to the Company’s Articles of Incorporation increasing the total number of authorized shares from 50,000,000 to 120,000,000. The amendment will be effective once accepted for filing by the Maryland State Department of Assessments and Taxation.
