Item 8.01 Other Events.
On August 12, 2008, MICROS Systems, Inc. (“MICROS”) issued a press release to announce the acquisition of the issued and outstanding stock of Fry, Inc. as of August 9, 2008. Fry, Inc. is headquartered in Ann Arbor, Michigan, and will be operated as a wholly-owned subsidiary of MICROS. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this report on Form 8-K.
