Quarterly Earning Press Release
On February 3, 2004, a press release was issued regarding results of Emerson Electric Co. (EMR) for the first quarter ended December 31, 2003. A copy of this press release is furnished with this Current Report on Form 8-K as Exhibit 99.1.
