Due to adverse internal conditions faced by the Registrant and to a significant scaling back of operating activities in the 2001 calendar year, as stated in the Form 10-QSB filed by the Registrant on August 14, 2001, management has experienced difficulty in coordinating personnel and compiling the relevant data necessary to file the current Form 10-QSB in a timely manner. Management believes that there will not be a problem in filing Form 10-QSB within the specified extension period.
