On September 9, 2020, EQT Corporation (EQT) released a Supplemental Investor Presentation, dated September 9, 2020 (the Supplemental Presentation), which supplements EQT’s previously released Investor Presentation, dated July 27, 2020. The Supplemental Presentation will be used at the Barclays CEO Energy-Power Conference on September 9, 2020 and in other meetings held from time to time with investors and analysts. A copy of the Supplemental Presentation is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this current report on Form 8-K and is incorporated into this Item 7.01 by reference. The Supplemental Presentation is also available under the “Investors” link on EQT’s website at www.eqt.com.
