Item 1.02 Termination of a Material Definitive Agreement.
Effective September 30, 2006, the Senior Executive Employment Agreement between IKON Office Solutions, Inc. (the "Company") and Michael E. Kohlsdorf, the Company's Senior Vice President, Enterprise Services and Information Technology (the "Kohlsdorf Agreement"), will terminate in connection with Mr. Kohlsdorf's resignation. The Company did not incur any early termination obligations in connection with the termination of the Kohlsdorf Agreement.
Item 8.01 Other Events.
The Company issued a press release today in connection with the resignation of Michael E. Kohlsdorf from his role as Senior Vice President, Enterprise Services and Information Technology. The Company's press release dated August 25, 2006 is attached to this report as Exhibit 99.1.
