On December 11, 2006, IKON Office Solutions, Inc. issued a press release announcing that it has extended, until 5:00 p.m., New York City time, on Tuesday, December 12, 2006, its previously announced solicitation of consents from holders of its $225 million 7.75% Senior Notes due 2015. A copy of this press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this report.
