On December 2, 2014, Bob Evans Farms, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”) issued a news release announcing financial results for the second fiscal quarter of 2015 ended October 24, 2014. A copy of the news release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.
Within the exhibit the Company sets forth the reasons it believes that presentation of the non-GAAP financial measures contained in the press release provides useful information to investors regarding the Company’s financial condition and results of operations. To the extent material, the exhibit also discloses the additional purposes, if any, for which the Company’s management uses these non-GAAP financial measures. A reconciliation of these non-GAAP financial measures with the most directly comparable GAAP financial measures is included in the “fact sheet.”
The Company also made available in conjunction with the news release a “fact sheet” with additional financial information as of and for the second fiscal quarter of 2015 ended October 24, 2014.
