The Company expects to report a 2.9% increase in consolidated same store sales for the first quarter ended May 4, 2013, with North America same store sales estimated to increase 2.3%, and Europe same store sales estimated to increase 4.0%. We compute same store sales on a local currency basis, which eliminates any impact from changes in foreign currency exchange rates. These same store sales results are unaudited and should be considered preliminary and subject to change.
