On December 12, 2016, Claire’s Stores, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing results for the third quarter of Fiscal 2016 and certain other information. A copy of the press release is being furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Form8-K and is incorporated by reference herein.
