Explanatory Note
This Form 10-Q/A for the quarterly period ended August 4, 2007 is being filed to correct the number of outstanding shares as of August 31, 2007 presented on the cover page, which erroneously included treasury shares.
This amendment does not reflect events occurring after the original filing of the quarterly report on September 13, 2007, except to reflect the correction as described above, or modify or update those disclosure items presented in the original Form 10-Q and not contained in this amendment.
