On September 13, 2005, Jo-Ann Stores, Inc. announced that its Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, Brian P. Carney, and its Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary, Valerie Gentile Sachs, have resigned from the company, both effective at the end of the month. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
