Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Principal Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Principal Officers
On March 23, 2005, José Maria Alapont was issued his O-1 visa from the United States of America. On March 28, 2005, the Board of Directors of Federal-Mogul Corporation (the “Company”) appointed Mr. Alapont as President and Chief Executive Officer. The terms of Mr. Alapont’s employment agreement were disclosed in the Company’s Form 8-K filed on February 4, 2005. Robert S. Miller, Jr. will continue as Chairman of the Board.
