On December 2, 2013, the Hearing Examiner in the application for approval of TECO Energy, Inc.’s acquisition of New Mexico Gas Intermediate, Inc., issued an order approving the motion filed by TECO Energy, Inc., New Mexico Gas Company, Inc., Continental Energy Systems LLC, the Staff of the New Mexico Public Regulation Commission, and the New Mexico Attorney General’s Office (the “Parties”) requesting additional time for proceedings in the matter.
The December 2, 2013 order approved the Parties’ request that the existing procedural schedule in the case be vacated; that additional supplemental testimony be filed by no later than December 31, 2013; and scheduled a pre-hearing conference for January 10, 2014 to develop a new procedural schedule.
