Jean R. Hale, Chairman, President and CEO of Community Trust Bancorp, Inc. announced today that regulatory and Heritage Community Bank shareholder approval have been received for the acquisition of Heritage Community Bank of Danville, Kentucky by Community Trust Bank, Inc.
