Item 5.03 Amendments to Articles of Incorporation or Bylaws; Change in Fiscal Year.
On September 17, 2009, Citizens Republic Bancorp, Inc. filed with the State of Michigan the amendment to its articles of incorporation approved by shareholders on September 16, 2009. The amendment increases the total authorized common shares from 150 million shares to 1.05 billion shares. A copy of the filing is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
