Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.
On October 18, 2010, Ferro Corporation issued a press release announcing it would conduct a conference call on Tuesday, October 26, at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time to discuss its financial results for the three-month period ended September 30, 2010. During the call, the Company will also update its outlook for the Company's financial performance in 2010.
