On October 11, 2005, Liz Claiborne, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”), issued a press release (the “Press Release”) announcing that Angela Ahrendts, executive vice president, will be leaving the Company, effective October 21, 2005, to take a senior position with another fashion company. A copy of the Press Release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
