Item 1.02 Termination of a Material Definitive Agreement.
On July 13, 2017, the Company entered into an Agreement to Purchase and Sell Real Estate (“Agreement”) to purchase approximate 44,000 square feet of rentable commercial real estate located in Sulphur, Louisiana from MAJ of Sulphur, L.L.C. for $2,725,000.
During the Company’s performance of its due diligence, the Company identified a restrictive use agreement encumbering the property that the Company was not willing to accept. The Seller was notified of this issue and has been unable to satisfactorily cure the issue. The Company terminated the Agreement on November 8, 2017.
