The Company issued an earnings release on October 24, 2007, to announce its financial results for the quarter ended September 30, 2007. A copy of the October 24, 2007 earnings release is furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.1. On October 25, 2007 the Company held a conference call in connection with its October 24, 2007 earnings release. A transcript of the conference call is furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.2.
