Introductory Note
Aegion Corporation (the “Registrant”) is filing this amendment to the Current Report on Form 8-K filed by the Registrant on October 30, 2013 to correct Exhibit 99.1 furnished with that Form 8-K. After the filing on October 30, 2013, the Registrant discovered that the investor slide presentation furnished with the Form 8-K was not the final investor slide presentation. Specifically, page A-1 of the slide presentation was not updated with the correct revenue figures for the Registrant's Energy & Mining and Water & Wastewater platforms. Accordingly, the Registrant is furnishing herewith a corrected copy of the investor slide presentation dated October 30, 2013.
