Explanation of Responses:

1. The Walter J. Galvin Revocable Trust, a trust for the benefit of the reporting person and for which the reporting person serves as trustee, transferred the shares to The Galvin Family Trust, a trust for the benefit of certain members of the reporting person's immediate family, in connection with the transfer of other assets with an equivalent aggregate value as the shares based on the closing price of the issuer's common stock on May 13, 2021. The Galvin Family Trust gifted the shares to The Galvin Family Trust III, a trust for the benefit of certain members of the reporting person's immediate family.
