On November 6, 2017, the Board of Directors of Alico, Inc. declared a first quarter of fiscal year 2018 cash dividend of $0.06 per share on its outstanding common stock to be paid to shareholders of record as of December 29, 2017, with payment expected on January 16, 2018.
