Item 5.02. Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors: Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers. On August 15, 2011, Glen Rose Petroleum Corporation (“the “Company”) received notice from Mr. Ruben Alba of his resignation as the Chief Operating Officer of the Company. The notice indicated that the resignation was not as a result of any disagreement or dispute with the Company. The resignation coincided, approximately, with the termination date for Mr. Alba’s employment agreement with the Company. |
