On October 28, 2014, Bolt Technology Corporation (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing the filing of the Company’s Annual Report on Form 10-K for the fiscal year ended June 30, 2014 (the “Annual Report”) with the Securities and Exchange Commission and the filing of Amendment No. 1 to the Annual Report with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
