On July 24, 2015, FLIR Systems, Inc. (the "Company") issued a news release announcing (i) its financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2015, (ii) affirmation of expectations of revenue and earnings per share for the year ending December 31, 2015, and (iii) the declaration of a quarterly dividend.
