On July 27, 2016, FLIR Systems, Inc. (the Company) issued a news release announcing (i) its financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2016, (ii) current expectations for revenue and earnings per share for the year ending December 31, 2016, and (iii) the declaration of a quarterly dividend.
