On October 25, 2010, the Registrant issued a press release announcing that its board of directors approved and authorized the company to purchase an additional $100 million of the Registrant’s Common Stock. The Registrant may purchase its common stock from time to time in the open market or in privately negotiated transactions. Depending on market and business conditions and other factors, these purchases may be commenced or suspended at any time without notice.
A copy of the Registrant’s press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 hereto and is incorporated herein by reference.
