On March 28, 2014, the Registrant announced that Kenneth M. Nickel (the “Executive”), the Company’s Vice President, Controller and Chief Accounting Officer, would be resigning from such position with the Registrant. The Executive will remain in his current role until the transition to his successor is complete.
A Press Release announcing Mr. Nickel’s resignation is attached as Exhibit 99 and incorporated herein by reference.
