CHICO, Calif. – (June 7, 2016) – The Board of Directors of TriCo Bancshares (NASDAQ: TCBK), parent company of Tri Counties Bank, declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.15 (fifteen cents) per share on June 3, 2016. The dividend is payable on June 30, 2016 to holders of record as of June 17, 2016.
