(b) | On July 14, 2005, Salvador Diaz-Verson, Jr. submitted his resignation as a director of the Company, effective as of that date. Mr. Diaz-Verson, Jr., who was elected as a director at the 2003 Annual Meeting of Shareholders, informed the Company that personal business matters demand his full time. |
