Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.
On October 27, 2015, the Board of Directors of Mackinac Financial Corporation (the “Company”) reported the approval of a cash dividend of $.10 per common share, payable January 7, 2016 to shareholders of record as of December 28, 2015.
The Company issued a press release announcing the dividend. A copy of the press release is attached to this Form 8-K as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
