Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.
On December March 26, 2019, Mackinac Financial Corporation (the “Company”) reported its Board of Directors has approved a cash dividend of $.12 per common share, payable April 18, 2019 to shareholders of record as of April 10, 2019.
The Company issued a press release announcing the dividend. A copy of the press release is attached to this Form 8-K as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
