Item 5.07 Submission of Matters to a Vote of Security Holders
At the 2010 Annual Meeting of Shareholders of First Real Estate Investment Trust (the “Trust”) held on April 7, 2010, the shareholders elected each of Ronald J. Artinian and Alan L. Aufzien to serve as a Trustee of the Trust. Each of Mr. Artinian and Mr. Aufzien was elected for a three-year term. The balloting for election was as follows:
