On September 6, 2007, Don L. Blankenship, the Registrant’s Chairman and CEO, will make a presentation at the Lehman Brothers CEO Energy/Power Conference held in New York City. In addition, Mr. Blankenship will hold several meetings with investors. A copy of the materials that will be presented at the conference and in meetings held with investors is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 hereto and incorporated by reference herein.
