On September 13, 2017, Laura E. Ellsworth submitted her resignation from the Board of Directors of F.N.B. Corporation (“F.N.B.”), to be effective September 30, 2017, in order to devote more time to her personal and career endeavors. Ms. Ellsworth’s resignation was not as a result of any disagreement with F.N.B. on any matter relating to F.N.B.’s operations, accounting matters, policies or practices.
F.N.B. wishes to thank Ms. Ellsworth for the contributions she has made since she joined the Board in January 2013. F.N.B. wishes Ms. Ellsworth continued success in the future.
